Trent started in the car business in 1993 after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University. Earning "Salesman of the Month" eleven times during his first year of sales granted him a promotion to finance manager. In 1995, Trent assisted his dad in opening Glenn Polk Ford & Mercury. Today, Trent travels between all four locations and ensures customer & employee satisfaction. Trent and his wife, Stacie, have two kids, "Conner & Ashtyn" and a grandson, Lynx.
When away from work, Trent enjoys donating time at his local church where he guides youth, heads prayer services & leads a class assisting those with daily struggles. Trent is also a member of the Cooke County Rotary Club and devotes much of his time to Fix My Ride.

Shawn’s fascination with cars began when he was just a year old. During high school and summer breaks, he worked in the wash bay before moving into the parts and service departments. After graduating from Lindsay High School, Shawn attended the National Automobile Dealers Association’s Dealer Academy in McLean, VA, where he prepared to continue the family legacy.
Today, Shawn is deeply involved in the family business, traveling between stores to work alongside employees and greet customers. He has two daughters and a son—each already showing signs of one day joining the dealership family.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time on the lake with his family, coaching his son’s sports teams, and staying active in the community. Whether serving on a local board or sponsoring school events, he is passionate about giving back. Shawn feels blessed to live and work in North Texas, where strong community support continues to bring people together.

David West, better known by most as “DW,” was born and raised in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Shortly after graduating high school, he was working full-time at the Thackerville sand plant when he noticed a newspaper advertisement for a car sales position with Glenn Polk Auto Group. In 2006, DW decided to take a chance on the automotive industry—and he hasn’t looked back since.
Just three months into his new career, DW earned Salesperson of the Month, quickly proving his natural talent for connecting with customers and delivering results. After two successful years with Glenn Polk Auto Group, he and his family relocated to nearby Decatur, Texas, where he joined a Chevrolet/GMC dealership. There, DW immersed himself in learning the product and refining his craft while setting his sights on a future in management.
In 2019, when Glenn Polk Auto Group purchased the local Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership, DW saw the opportunity to reunite with his Polk family. As General Sales Manager of the Chevrolet Buick GMC location, he led the store to numerous sales records, built a loyal and motivated team, and gained valuable leadership experience that prepared him for the next step in his career.
In 2026, DW was promoted to Platform Manager of Glenn Polk Auto Group. In this role, he travels between all 4 dealership locations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service, employees have the support they need to succeed, and the organization continues to raise the bar and break records.
DW’s passion for people, leadership, and performance continues to make a lasting impact across the Glenn Polk Auto Group. When he's not at the store, you'll often find DW on the lake fishing with his wife Lorene or cooking for the family.
CONNER POLK

Conner was raised in nearby Lindsay, Texas, and graduated from Gainesville High School. His journey in the automotive industry started early, learning the business from the ground up. While still in high school, Conner worked in the wash bay and later spent his senior year gaining valuable experience in the parts department. Those early roles gave him a strong foundation and understanding of how every part of the dealership works together.
After graduating, Conner followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the sales department. His dedication and leadership quickly became evident, and after several years he was promoted to Pre-Owned Sales Manager. In that role, Conner broke sales records, expanded the variety and quality of the dealership’s pre-owned inventory, and developed the skills needed to lead and grow a successful sales team.
In 2025, when the opportunity opened to become General Sales Manager at the Chevrolet location, Conner was excited to take on a new challenge and learn another side of the business. The move was especially exciting given that his favorite vehicle is the Corvette. Since stepping into the role, Conner has helped the dealership reach new milestones, breaking sales records nearly every month while continuing to grow and strengthen the sales team.
Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time with his family. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, Zoe, and they live in nearby Valley View with their dog, Saucy, and their cat, Snickers.

Justin graduated from Westfield High School in Houston, Texas before heading to Lubbock to attend college. His introduction to the automotive industry happened in the mid-1990s while working for Midwest TV & Appliance as part of their delivery team. During one delivery and installation of a big-screen TV, Justin struck up a conversation with the customer, who happened to be a General Manager at a car dealership and was actively recruiting salespeople. That conversation changed everything.
Encouraged by the opportunity, Justin decided to give automotive sales a shot. Early on he was motivated by a challenge from his manager: become Salesperson of the Month for two consecutive months and earn a company demo vehicle in the third month. Justin rose to the challenge, and that moment launched what would become a long and successful career in the automotive business.
Today, Justin brings years of experience, leadership, and a passion for helping both customers and his team succeed in his role as Sales Manager.
Outside of work, Justin stays busy with his family and life on the ranch. He is the proud father of four beautiful girls and helps care for a herd of 80–100 registered Black Angus cattle—along with two very stubborn donkeys that keep things interesting.

Chris grew up in Friendswood, TX, and is a graduate of Friendswood High School. He later earned a master’s degree from Hard Knocks University. Chris started his career in the power sports world during the economic downturn of 2008, eventually transitioning to the car business in 2014. Inspired by seeing what others had accomplished in automotive, he knew he could achieve success and make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys practicing baseball with his son, golfing, creating art with his daughters, and anything that involves riding or driving. At home, he shares his life with three kids and one awesome dog. A fun fact about Chris: he has a Honda Powersports logo tattoo—a nod to the time he spent rebuilding vintage Honda trail bikes with his dad growing up.
Chris loves the car industry for its variety and the importance of relationships. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and he thrives on building strong connections with customers, lenders, and co-workers alike.

Hunter grew up in nearby Gainesville and graduated from Lindsay High School before continuing his education at Texas A&M University. In 2015, he began his career in the automotive industry after deciding he wanted to pursue a path in sales—an idea first encouraged by his dad. What started as a suggestion quickly turned into a career he genuinely enjoys.
Today, Hunter serves as our Finance Manager, where he values the opportunity to meet and connect with people from all walks of life. He enjoys helping customers through the financial side of the car-buying process and making sure they feel confident and comfortable with their decisions.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through exercise, and getting outdoors whenever he can. Some of his favorite activities include skiing, hiking, and kayaking. He is a proud father to his son and also shares his home with a dog named Roger and a cat named Bruna. Hunter appreciates the relationships he builds in the automotive industry and the chance to interact with people he might not otherwise meet.

Jenny Jo grew up in Pilot Point and went to high school in nearby Aubrey. She has a beautiful, blended family with three children—Bryleigh, Kaidence, and Jeramy (aka BubMan)—and two bonus kids, Molly and Dean. Jenny and her husband Johnny share a lively household with their heeler Zeus, kitty Jinx, turtle April O’Neil, and tortoise Torta. When they have more space, she jokes about expanding the family menagerie even further!
Outside of work, Jenny Jo enjoys woodworking, exploring the outdoors, and collecting plants, cool rocks, and fossils. Nature is where she feels most alive, and she loves incorporating it into her everyday life.

Kathy grew up in Lompoc, California, in Santa Barbara County, and attended Lompoc Senior High School. She went on to study at Lompoc Beauty College, Allan Hancock Junior College, and the Las Vegas School of Real Estate. Growing up with a father who was a GM for a Datsun and later a Pontiac dealership, Kathy was surrounded by cars from an early age—and learned the ropes of the business firsthand.
Kathy’s love for horses began young, receiving her first pony at age 8 or 9. Her lifelong dream of owning a ranch has come true in nearby Valley View, where she lives with her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandbabies. Her household also includes four horses, two border collies, a desert tortoise, and a cat.
Kathy brings a zest for life and a flair for adventure to her work, from stories of her days at The Mirage to her everyday excitement in car sales. She loves helping customers find their perfect vehicle and treats every sale as a new adventure.

Rob grew up in Paradise, TX, and graduated from Decatur High School in 1991 before attending Texas Tech University. He began his career in the car business in 2007, seeking a career change for his family—and quickly discovered a passion for auto sales.
What Rob loves most about the car industry is that it doesn’t feel like work when you’re part of a family-oriented business like the Polk Group. He enjoys meeting new people and building meaningful relationships with both clients and coworkers.
Outside of work, Rob is an outdoors enthusiast who loves hunting and fishing. He’s a proud DFW sports fan, an avid Texas Tech Red Raider supporter, and enjoys catching a good movie. Rob is a proud father of three—Nash, Kimber, and Beau—and also has a daughter-in-law, Maley. Having been around cars and dealerships her whole life, Jamie was inspired by the impact that excellent service and strong relationships can have on customers, fueling her passion for a career in automotive service.
Outside of work, Jamie is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, camping, and kayaking. At home, she’s surrounded by a lively household of six children, six grandchildren, three cats, and a herd of cows. Jamie is also known for her love of cooking.

Chase grew up in the Arlington area, but proudly calls Pilot Point his hometown. He graduated from Pilot Point High School before eventually finding his way into the automotive industry.
Chase began his career in the car business in May of 2018. With a natural love for sales and working with people, he saw the automotive world as the perfect opportunity to combine both. After being referred by a longtime car salesman, Chase joined our team and has built a career centered around relationships, service, and a passion for helping customers with their vehicle needs.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending time at home working on projects around the house and relaxing with his wife and their dog, Chuey—a 15-year-young pup who keeps things entertaining.
Around the dealership, Chase is known for his sense of humor. Coworkers often joke by calling him “Chevy Chase” or “Chase Like the Bank… just with a lot less money.” His personality and energy make him easy to work with and a favorite among customers and teammates alike.
What Chase loves most about the automotive industry is the people he meets every day and the relationships he builds along the way. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that he’s a big fan of cars, especially Chevrolet.
