I accidently got myself into high water. A passing vehicle swamped my car when they went by going too fast. I threw a rod and was left stranded in the middle of a rather frightening situation. I didn't know what to do so I called Chase Wood at my trusted local Chevrolet dealership. He was calm and told me what to do while he called me a tow. I am so thankful for Chase and will always remember what he did for me. It isn't often that you run across a business professional willing to go the extra mile and take care of their clients like they are family. Thank you thank you thank you.

Covered under warranty; I recently had work performed on the vehicle. It seemed odd another issue occurred in the same area, but this time was not covered by warranty! The dealerships have no control over these issues???

Bought my truck in, was having an issue with the radio staying on even with truck off and out of the truck. Chase and the technicians worked to figure out the problem. My radio is working fine now. Also got a front end alignment and tire rotation while I had the truck there. Chase was very professional and friendly to me, answered all my questions. Great service, you have a new customer.

We bought the vehicle on Saturday afternoon from Rodney Williamson. He and everyone else we met were outstanding. It was such a recent trade in that it hadn’t been detailed yet, which we understood. We brought it back the following Monday for an oil change and detailed clean. When my wife picked the vehicle up Monday afternoon, the oil had been changed, the exterior was nice and clean, but the inside seemed to be untouched. There was crud in the cup holders, nothing had been wiped down and only the floor mats had been vacuumed.

Regards the L87 Engine Recall. Notified Polk of a need to be proactive in addressing the issue as the vehicle is a May 2024 and fell within the scope of the GM recall. Polk kept up with the GM recall notification via constant VIN checks to notify when my vehicle could be inspected for damage. In October, Polk Service confirmed my 2024 High Country-Silverado was due for inspection and got it in within 20 hours. The inspection revealed no damage and the prescribed proactive solution was conducted quite timely. Many thanks to Polk for handling this in a timely manner.

My experience was great! John had recommended getting my tires replaced during my truck oil change. I hadn’t noticed that they were actually that bad. He also informed me about the special available for the tires. Which was really helpful. So, John ordered my tires. And since my availability to go to the dealer and get them replaced was not ideal, John scheduled a pick up and return of my truck to help out. This alone show the great service! Also Jeff and Haiden I believe were the ones that picked up and dropped off my truck. They both were very nice and helpful. I really like the service from Glenn Polk Chevrolet!

Great experience! My wife and I showed up at the end of the day on a Saturday. It was cold and windy. After disappointment at seven other dealerships, we decided to drive up to Sanger. The sales person came out to greet us with a smile and answers to all our questions. Jenny Jo was the best! She new the inventory and the options in each car. Even though it was windy and cold, there was No rush and No pressure to 'just buy a car'. We found the car we wanted and worked a great deal. Jenny Jo also took the time to show my wife everything about the car before we left. Their team made the process easy and there were no surprises. I'll be back!

When we found out that on our truck we had emissions issues due to a sensor that have gone bad experiencing a 15-hour drive back to Dayton Ohio the next morning it was a reassuring when Chase would the service manager was able to find the parts get them put on coordinate with his group to pick the parts up and have us back on the road we made it home with no issues no stress this is a great experience
